Returned to desk and was told there was a restroom located on 1st floor all the way back down long hallway. My handicapped mother and I made the long trip to bathroom and it was closed. I checked in /was told restroom was located at end of 2nd floor long hallway near elevator. I parked and then trudged through mud soaked sod which covered my new sandals/dress. We arrived there weren’t any handicap spaces left to park for my elderly mother.
